The Welcome Pack
When traveling on a Georgian night train, which is usually quite a comfortable thing to do, for instance from Tbilisi along the only existing route to the West, to Batumi, you get this little thing, shrink wrapped and ready for use:
What looks like an unidentifiable blot of, well, “stuff” actually is a little pack consisting of a towel, a washing glove, and a few other things to get you through the night - all looking as if grandma had knitted them - or someone pulled them out of a garbage sale.
But really, it’s so sweet.
